Group Classes

Reformer Foundations

Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone looking to fine tune their movements, this class incorporates foundational Pilates exercises into a flowing format with a strong emphasis on form and technique.

Reformer Flow

Ideal for clients who have been practicing Pilates and are progressing toward intermediate or advanced levels. This is our signature class, focusing on progressing the fundamental Pilates repertoire through more dynamic flows that challenge strength, coordination, and endurance.
Not suitable for beginners.

Reformer Jump

In this intermediate to advanced class, we incorporate the jump board to create a more cardiovascular-focused workout. Classic reformer exercises are creatively combined with low-impact jumping in a variety of positions, challenging strength, coordination, and endurance.

Private Sessions

Tailored sessions designed around your goals, whether you’re recovering from injury, refining your technique, or looking for more focused training. Choose from 1-on-1 sessions, semi-private classes, or private group sessions all led by experienced instructors for a fully personalized Pilates experience.

Our Clinical Pilates sessions are designed for individuals seeking a more personalized, therapeutic approach to movement. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or working with specific physical conditions, these one-on-one sessions bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness.

Each session is guided by a physiotherapist and tailored to your body’s unique needs, with a focus on improving strength, mobility, alignment, and movement efficiency. We take a whole-body approach, addressing not just symptoms, but the underlying patterns contributing to them.
